Somerset Cove
Somerset Cove is a townhome community comprising 19 buildings and a Pool House/Clubhouse, with a total of 113 separate units. In 2017, Hurricane Irma caused damages to the roofs of this community. Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing, also known as ACC MasterCraft Roofing Contractors at the time, was contracted to undertake the re-roofing project for the community. The project commenced in September 2022 and was successfully completed in May 2023.
Bella Villaggio
Bella Villaggio is a townhome community comprising 3 buildings, totaling 16 units, constructed in 2017. Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing, also known as ACC MasterCraft Roofing Contractors at the time, was contracted to install the metal roofing during the construction of these buildings. The project commenced in January 2017 and was successfully completed in July of the same year.
Winston Trails
Winston Trails is a prestigious, gated golf course community located in West Lake Worth, known for its 18 distinct villages and approximately 2,000 homes. These residences vary in size, ranging from approximately 1,300 to over 4,000 square feet, showcasing a wide variety of designs and amenities. In response to the need for roofing renovations, Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing was contracted to perform tile re-roofing projects within this expansive community. The initiative aimed at enhancing the durability and aesthetic appeal of the homes, ensuring they remain in line with the community’s elegant reputation. This project not only underscored Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing’s commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship but also highlighted its capability to manage large-scale roofing endeavors in prestigious communities.
Tuscany Condominiums
Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing was honored to take on the Tuscany commercial project, awarded to us through an insurance claim for damages caused by Hurricane Irma. The complex, consisting of 18 buildings, sustained significant roof damage requiring full replacement. Initially, the insurance company approved the complete replacement of only two buildings, with plans to salvage tiles for repairs on the remaining structures. However, due to the extent of the damage, a full replacement was ultimately approved in late 2023. We love working on large projects like this and take pride in keeping communities safe and prepared for future storms.
Embark Lake Worth
Embark Lake Worth, now Elison Independent Living of Lake Worth, is a senior living facility comprising two 4-story residence buildings, along with a clubhouse and a separate pool restroom building. Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing, then known as ACC MasterCraft Roofing Contractors at the time, was contracted to execute a comprehensive flat roof re-roofing for the two residence buildings and a complete re-roofing, encompassing both flat and tile, for the clubhouse and separate pool bathroom building. Notably, this project was carried out during the peak of the Covid Pandemic, commencing in May 2020 and reaching its successful completion in August 2020.
Residential Projects
Southwest Ranches
Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing was thrilled to take on the Davie-Southwest Ranches project, awarded to us through an insurance claim. The homeowner endured damage from Hurricane Irma and, after years of negotiations with their insurance company, finally secured the funding needed for repairs. We were proud to step in and complete the project in a timely manner, ensuring they will have a beautiful roof for years to come.
