We appreciated your ability to communicate upcoming work, being courteous of visitors/employees/residents during working hours, as well as providing very clear and articulate accounting. Although this project was 'large' on our scale, fourteen separate structures, we were very happy with our choice in selecting you to guide us through the process.
They did an excellent job from start to finish. We had 7 leaks over the course of 1 year. While we waited for material and installation, anytime a new leak sprung during a storm, they would come out and patch it for us no questions asked. As always with major construction, things can pop up or go wrong. They were very professional and saw it through to the end and were willing to send out personnel immediately whenever I called. Our new concrete flat tile roof looks amazing and we never experienced another issue since install over 2 years ago. Our representative helping us throughout the process was JJ.

ACC MasterCraft did a fantastic job every step of the way, tearing off our old balcony/roof which was leaking into our house, and installing a new Dec-Tec waterproof balcony/roof. They made it very easy, were courteous, got the project done quickly, and were very friendly. They even uninstalled our outdoor stairs and railing, refurbished them, and reinstalled them. I would recommend ACC MasterCraft to anyone.

After my insurance company gave me notice that I had to have my roof replaced or else I would be dropped, I was in shock for this unplanned expense. I did much shopping around without having much luck, once I found ACC I didn’t look back. The easy appraisal process, reasonable price and quality of work was unmatched. When I need another roof there’s no shopping around, I know who to call. You won’t be disappointed.

They came out for a possible roof leak that was damaging our balcony. They not only quickly found the leak (which ended up being a hole under a layer of shingles) but they made the repair a few days later. They took pictures of the damage and the different stages of the repair. I have total confidence in the repair based on the pictures they provided. I would use them again.
