Somerset Cove

Somerset Cove is a townhome community consisting of 19 buildings and a pool house/clubhouse, totaling 113 individual units. After Hurricane Irma caused significant roof damage in 2017, Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing (formerly ACC MasterCraft Roofing Contractors) was selected to complete a full re-roofing project for the community. The project began in September 2022 and was successfully completed in May 2023.

Bella Villaggio

Bella Villaggio is a townhome community comprising 3 buildings, totaling 16 units, constructed in 2017. Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing, also known as ACC MasterCraft Roofing Contractors at the time, was contracted to install the metal roofing during the construction of these buildings. The project commenced in January 2017 and was successfully completed in July of the same year.

Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing recently completed a barn re-roofing project at Animal EDventure Park in Boynton Beach, Florida, located in Palm Beach County. This asphalt shingle re-roof required careful planning, precision, and efficient execution to ensure the animals remained safe, comfortable, and protected from Florida’s intense heat and unpredictable weather throughout the process. The existing roof had significant damage, including widespread shingle loss, rot, and exposed areas, making a full replacement critical. Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing was proud to complete the Tuscany commercial roofing project, originally awarded through an insurance claim for Hurricane Irma damages. The 18-building complex required full roof replacements after extensive storm damage, with final approval granted in late 2023.
